If you come over to my apartment, chances are you will score a slice of just-out-of-the-oven banana bread; it's one of those things that I'm constantly making, because it's so easy, and everybody adores it.

We all know that chocolate + strawberries = good, but the salt (I used a mild, coarse pink salt called Murray River) takes them up to the eye-rollingly, growlingly, must-eat-them-all-in-one-go level of deliciousness.

Grilled cheese, by the way, is a relatively new thing for me. In fact, as recently as two years ago I'd never even had a full one all to myself - just a bite here and there of other people's. I know, you don't believe me...but it's true.
