Our Wild Saturday Night
I hated this movie, with a viciousness that I'm a little confused by, to be honest...I usually don't have such strongly negative reactions to films. But to me, it felt like two bratty, egotistical actors...

Bid On The City
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of BidOnTheCity. All opinions are 100% mine.
I was born in New York City, and in the years since I've only left twice: once for college, and the other time to pursue a career as an actress in L.A. I think it's safe to say that I love the place, and that living here is pretty much a dream come true.
This Entire Outfit Costs Less Than $100
A couple of nights I did a little midnight shopping on Peppermint Park. Midnight shopping is usually a poor idea, but not in this case, because...ooh:

Sun On The Roof / Obvious Preview
This afternoon, Francesca (pictured above with her brother Mookie), who blogs over at Obvious, swung by to style a little mini-shoot for the two of us for an upcoming post.
One Of A Kind Show
Last night, my mom and my Aunt Trudy (who's visiting from Canada) checked out the One Of A Kind craft show and said it's great, so I wanted to give you the heads-up in case you're in the NYC area.

(Mom says the jewelry is on the expensive side, but that there are tons of great, budget-friendly finds.) I'm going!
Tickets are $15; $12 for students and seniors.
John Sahag / Keratin Treatment
A couple of weeks ago I got a phone call from the Post, asking if they could interview me about Keratin. I was extremely concerned, because I had been under the impression that the treatment that I get is - at least as far as we know - safe, and the last thing I want is to be praising a treatment that has the potential to cause serious side effects both for consumers and for salon technicians...
A Better Way To Buy Brussels Sprouts
Yeah, it's sort of creepy-looking, but when you buy Brussels Sprouts on the stalk rather than in a prepackaged container they taste better, cost less (about half the price, at my supermarket), and stay fresh longer (just put the stalk in some water to extend the life of the sprouts).
