After lunch at La Hacienda, my pale legs and I trucked down to the Spa at Barcelo, which is, unsurprisingly, very, very beautiful, if a touch New Age-y for my taste (see: color therapy pool).

Three Card Spread
Ramshackle Glam (nee Domestic Bliss) heads up to Moncton, New Brunswick, where my awesome Aunt Trudy teaches me how to do a basic three-card tarot spread…with a less-than-desirable outcome. Yeep.
Miso Soup
Miso soup doesn’t seem to be particularly popular in Moncton (where my family is from) yet, but at the Farmers Market I saw a stand where a young woman was handing out samples (and selling DIY ingredients) to passers-by.
